In August, we attended NAPE Summer Expo in Houston along with 6,000 other attendees. It’s a great show to walk the floors, visit with customers and prospects, and be part of the industry buzz.
As a result, the role of non-operators is more important than ever to provide needed capital. Keeping your non-operator partners involved with up-to-date on the status of your operation will improve additional capital investments as well as show positive ROI. This focus aligns nicely with our on-going development plans to launch management tools designed specifically for non-operators.
In addition, we also learned that attendance continues to grow with each year. S. Craig Young, Senior Director of NAPE, told us Winter NAPE 2015 was already set to be the largest ever, with challenges “fitting it all in” the George R. Brown convention center.
After exhibit hours, it was fun to hit the Hilton Americas bar, which continues to hold reign as the post-conference networking spot. We had a number of great discussions there, and it was always a bonus to see friendly faces.
