OperationsMaster is a hosted service. That means our clients avoid the capital expenditure and keep their resources focused on their business, while Neofirma provides the information infrastructure and with the OperationsMaster services.
OperationsMaster works with the data acquisition methods that work best for your business and data reporting. Clients can use data input wizards and other online data entry forms accessed from their computers to post the current status. Some clients continue to use paper but upload scanned copies into specific file areas associated with each well. And some of our clients have chosen to integrate with their automation systems or create specialized import routines to handle various data formats such as Excel or comma separated files.
Internet firewalls, SSL, and multi-layered defense techniques keep our clients data secure. Neofirma keep the servers up to date with the latest security patches and maintains strict security processes.

Neofirma uses advanced data push and pull techniques to reduce the amount of bandwidth used between the user’s computer and the server. For example, when viewing reports, clients have the option of viewing a single daily report instead of having to download a spreadsheet or PDF file that contains additional reports they don't need to see. This is helpful when viewing reports from remote locations. Our file upload mechanism allows our clients to batch upload multiple files at once, reducing the number of "round trips" required to get their files online.
