James “Jim” Holder, CEO Mr. Holder has over thirty years experience in business development, marketing, management operations, and ownership in a broad range of industries. Mr. Holder has been responsible for sales, marketing, administration/finance, engineering, professional services, production, and contracts. His experiences’ include full profit and loss responsibility for several divisions within a number of large corporations. Mr. Holder has formal training and extensive experience with organizational structure, sales methods and processes and has advanced training in numerous sales and marketing methodologies. He has successfully created numerous “go to market” strategies and product position packaging for a variety of companies. He has worked with numerous domestic and international companies to develop, reorganize, or rebuild business units.
Mr. Holder has held management positions of Vice President, Managing Director, and Director in the consulting and information technology industries at Unisys, Stratus, MCI Systemhouse, and ALLTEL. Mr. Holder has a B.B.A. and an M.B.A. from Stephen F. Austin University and pursued doctoral work in the field of organizational theory at the University of North Texas.
Paul Crutcher, VP Engineering Holding several patents, Mr. Crutcher has worked in the software and services industry building company-wide systems for voice, video, and data applications. Mr. Crutcher has a BS in Computer Science from Portland State University.
Mark Smith, VP Business Development Mr. Smith founded NeoFirma in 2003 with the vision of providing easy to use, corporate quality information management systems based on state-of-the-art database technologies. His career includes 15 years with Intel Corporation in strategic marketing management. Mr. Smith has B.A.s in Mathematics and Languages from Southwestern University.
Terry Whitcher, VP Marketing Since 1995, Ms. Whitcher has helped new businesses focused on application software and network-based technologies deliver new products and services to the market. Previous Oil and Gas industry experience was at Implicit Monitoring where she was responsible for Marketing and Channel Sales. She established channel partners throughout North and South America with OEMs and VARs. Ms. Whitcher holds a B.S. Ed. from Athens State University and graduate teacher certification at the University of North Texas in Cognitive Technologies.
Robert “Bob” Hafer, VP Client Services Mr. Hafer’s 26-year career in the financial markets includes 5 years as Managing Director and Publisher of Bridge Commodity Research Bureau. Over that period, Mr. Hafer led the transformation of Bridge/CRB from its roots as a traditional paper based financial information provider into a fully electronic and online publishing entity.
